friends-coffee-lWhen we are feeling down, often the best thing to do is to reach out to someone else. Is there someone you have been meaning to call, write(yes, people still do that) or meet for coffee. In this era, it can be a simple email exchange that uplifts your entire day and just maybe it’’ give a boost to the recipient. Relationships and social connections are so important to our quality of life, yet we get so engrossed in the day to day task of living that we don’t seem to make time for other people unless they want something from us. Studies show that supportive relationships, communities, family and friends can help release stress, raise our immune system and bring us joy. Who do you need to reach out to today?
