Most of us ignore our aches, irritations and symptoms. In fact many of us never seek care for our health. We only seek attention when we are sidelined by an illness or condition. How can we give to others if we don’t care for ourselves? I find have the most energy and ability when I am rested and healthy.
Are there symptoms you are ignoring? Are you getting enough sleep, water, fresh fruits and vegetable? Have you been to your doctor for a check-up? What about the dentist? Have you considered getting a massage? Even one session can do wonders for pain, tension and discomfort.
