Do at least one thing each day this week for no other reason than to enjoy it!
This may be tougher than it seems. It doesn’t count if you’re going for a walk because it’s healthy for you or to lose weight. Reading a book for self-improvement or to learn something doesn’t count either. Actually play at something, goof off or indulge yourself. Maybe even try something a little silly. If you saw my dance moves in the living room, you’d think I had lost my mind, but no, I am just having fun for no reason at all…
Remember, if you’re focused on what the activity will get you, it doesn’t count!
